More Power

Today I learned an important life skill. I used a power drill. It was scary, intimidating, and surprisingly fulfilling, even fun. Who knew? Anyways the point is, I hung my curtain and my Martha Stewart Rollerblinds, and now I will no longer wake up to workmen 6 inches from my window. I can get dressed in my own bedroom. Woohoo. (Oh and despite what I may be portraying in my blog, I really dont like Martha Stewart very much. Honest.)

I don't know, Cas, it seems like Martha is doing a lot for you these days. Good cookies and privacy!

There are some things, though, that Martha Stewart is just clueless on. I bet, for example, that we could show her a thing or two about roasting ducks.

Oh.
Cassy...I'm going to call you in the morning when I wake up. I just got home from work. It's 1:45am. So I'll call when I awake. I have to do a few errands in the morning, but I plan to leave for Mission around noonish. Maybe 12:30ish. Okay? So that puts me in Mission say 1 or 1:30ish.

Okay. Well. Oh, and do you know the price of gas in Mission right now by any chance?

So Xeno, how do you feel about Kortney lying to you? She says that it's "1:45" but clearly her comment posts at 1:50. What deception

Celia. Between the time I typed "1:45am" and hit "publish" I went pee. That's why there is a time gap.

Mhph.

Speaking of roasting ducks...Bernell sent two geese with their feet still on in a bucket when we went to the kaacks the other night. We thought it would be a good idea to hang them outside his door...
